Week 9 (Beebe, AR)

Last P-day/Monday was spent with all of the District we got to go hike on top of mount sugar loaf. The Quitman Elders ElderDonahoo, Thornton, & Ollury all brought there hammocks and we took some group photos after hanging Elder Donahoo upside down in his lol. Afterwards we got to go on one last hike together that day with everyone at Bridal Falls. Wasn't much of a water fall being in Arkansas after all but there was some water to drop some rocks off at least.

Finished the day after doing emails at the library at the Zone Leaders apartment Elders Adair & Smith we stayed there with them In Searcy for our last district meeting in the morning. Me and my companion Elder Goaslind got to make some of his signature diabetes cups for our last district meeting with all the candy care packages and stuff I've received from my family the past month. They contain cookie dough a Reeses cup in the middle with brownie mix on top!

After that district meeting and everyone got to partake of our diabetes cups. I got to go on exchanges with Quitman again This time I got to go off with Elder Donahoo & Elder Thornton. We met some interesting families in there ward down there even ones that said when we asked them about there past callings in our church said they where healers for 35 years interestingly enough. But anyways that was fun as always afterwards the Shattucks in mine and Elder Goaslind's branch gave us a ride back to Beebe the next day. During that day Me and Elder Goaslind got back later from trying to find some potentials in the area to our apartment and caught the Zone Leaders Elder Adair & Smith trying to prank us and completely trash our apartment mid act lol. We all left to book of Mormon class together after that later and got taken to McDonald's afterwards by the recent baptism before I got here Jimmy we told him how transfers might take my companion Elder Goaslind who baptized & taught him out of the area. He was upset but understood. We got to teach one of our most progressing Investigaters the next day Pa Bradford we finished the 2nd to last lesson with him going over the commandments. & He's been wanting & fasting from coffee and has been pondering and reading every day & he's excited for baptism and has set a date for us to go back and teach the last lesson with him next week & hopefully will finally be able to set an official date for baptism then! Friday and Saturday we all finally found out about Transfers! My companion Elder Goaslind is going to Russellville as a new Zone leader & district leader there! So looks like I'll be having to takeover the area with a new companion Elder Thurgood. So I'll get to meet him Tonight and hopefully my first transfer goes well Today! Other than that though the whole rest of our district is at least staying put together except for Quitman which will now just be a regular group of 2 and no longer a trio with Elder Donahoo now leaving. Looks like he will be dying in the Little Rock Spanish South Mission lol. For Sunday we just went to say goodbye to all the families in the branch for my companion before he leaves and had dinner with one of our favorite families in the branch the Frees took pictures for my companion and had one last lightsaber battle that night with the Frees & took some Darth Vader & Luke photos of me and my Mission dad/Companion Elder Goaslind/Goose before he heads off to Russelvill today! Transfers should be fun! Will see how they go and ill update you all next week.
