Pretty fun week this week. So on Tuesday I finally got to go get my blue cast off after District meeting & they put on a brace of some kind said I could hopefully get my wrist moving properly again within the next 2 weeks but hey at least I got this sweet hot pink brace on until then lol. Also on Tuesday since my appointment to get my cast off was all the way off in Little Rock we decided to stop by for dinner there afterwards at a really cool diner place called Purple Cow. They have famous purple ice cream shakes & there burgers are great. On Wednesday we finally got to get out & go see some referrals but unfourtantly no one we tried to see was home but we where fourtantly able to go see some less actives & a lot of our home teaching families & got a few back to church this week! Also on Wednesday night us & the office Elders got to practice a Samoan dance with a Samoa family in our ward the Brunings for a ward dinner on Friday where people would be setting up tables & displays representing several different countries & cultures around the world where we all got to do the Samoan dance called the Sasa at the end so we practiced for that Wednesday & Thursday. Also got to do more service down at the food pantry again on Thursday as well which was great getting to help out & hand out turkeys to all the families in need getting ready for thanksgiving. On Friday as I said we got to have the big ward dinner party for our ward where people where not only setting up tables from different countries & stuff but also making different meals & deserts from other countries as well. So me & elder sagle got to make a Canadian desert from his country Canada called beaver tails there like a fried donut In the shape of a beaver tail that have different toppings on them. So the ward dinner was pretty fun & everyone loved the Sasa dance we got to be apart of at the end. Also got to set up another return appointment with our Investigater family the Williams for Tuesday on Saturday which is great & there kids get to seem to be knowing us now pretty well. So hopefully things continue to go well in teaching them & all the people we try to see next week! Also had another great missionary musical devotional to go to & be apart of on Sunday where I got to see a lot of the members In my last area Beebe who are all doing great & The Beebe branch has now grown from an average 40 something attendance to a 70 something attendance now since I left also the Elders down there who I got to talk to as well have set another Baptisim date with one of the Investigaters Me & Elder Thurgood where working with down there Richard Bradford & they set a date for his 50th birthday so that's great news from my last area! Glad I got to go down there & be apart of the devotional. Also ran into my old zone leader from down in Searcy & Beebe as well my missionary God Mother Elder Adair again which was super cool to see us wearing the same tie by chance to lol. #devineIntervention P.S. Scripture for this week is (Alma 26:37 Now my brethren, we see that God is mindful of every people, whatsoever land they may be in; yea, he numbereth his people, and his bowels of mercy are over all the earth. Now this is my joy, and my great thanksgiving; yea, and I will give thanks unto my God forever. Amen.)
